Ray was born and lives in Sunderland, England. Working from a studio at his home he produces paintings for galleries and private commissions.
I try to capture events and activities of places I visit; portraying the interaction of people as they go about their business grasping the mood and the moment, the individual and the crowd.
My style is simplistic and colourful with a splash of humour.
